We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your tablecloth must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unwashed, free of stains or odors, with tags, and in its original packaging.

2. Return Process

  • If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
  • Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning items unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong size/pattern.

  • For tablecloths, this includes significant fabric defects or printing errors.
  • Please provide clear photos of the issue in your email to help us resolve it quickly.
  • Note: Minor color variations due to monitor settings and temporary creases from shipping are not considered defects.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Items that have been laundered or used.
  • Clearance items or gift cards.
  • Custom-sized or personalized orders.

5. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

6. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.

  • If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • All refunds are processed in United States Dollars (USD). Please allow additional time for your bank to post the refund to your account.
