How to Use Our Hydraulic Tube Expander Kit ?
Please Measure the szie you need of the tube to confirm the head size. this kit comes with 7 sizes of heads: 3/8''. 1/2''. 5/8''. 3/4''. 7/8''. 1'' and 1-1/8''.
- For hard tube. please Anneal the tube before expanding to prevent cracking or hard to expand.
- Insert the Deburrer into the tube and rotate it clockwise smoothly to deburr the tube.
- Turn the knob counterclockwise to loose and return the expanding pin. then install the specific expander head clockwise into the thread head of the tube expander gun.
- Place the tube onto the expander head at a depth of 2 to 3mm. and push the expander levers lightly to expand the tube a little bit.
- Push the handle until the tubing is expanded completely.
- Rotate the knob counterclockwise and return the expander pin. take the tube out.
