How to Use on Calves
In order to do this exercise. you need to size the Rolflex a little bit wider. Once you have the therapy arm adjusted and clamped onto your calf. ensure that you have the ability to flex and point your foot. After you begin rolling and once you find a good spot. squeeze harder. Find the trigger point. and begin to flex and point your foot again.
